Responsibilities

Provide thought partnership and coaching to senior leadership.

In partnership with functional or field senior leadership, set and drive holistic workforce strategy, including:

Defining how business strategy creates workforce needs.

Determining how those needs are met through workforce strategy decisions (e.g., Buy/Build/Rent).

Establishing the Organizational Design and Effectiveness frameworks.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR.

Lead and manage HR professionals (including HR Leaders) that support the business in executing the workforce strategy.

Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Compensation, etc.) to prioritize and solve gaps/roadblocks.

Performance Management, Career Development/Mapping, Incentive programs, etc.

Partner with other Home Office functions and Field teams to provide holistic seamless client support.

Implement or support implementation of those solutions and provide feedback to COEs as business needs evolve.

Understand the business strategies, budgets, and plans of client groups; maintain efficient level of business knowledge including company goals, financial position and strategy.

Establish workforce and succession plans, as well as assist with business unit restructuring; work through diligence with client group for restructure/reduction in force.

Manage escalated complex employee relations issues, working collectively with the Compliance and Legal Teams, as necessary.

Participate in and lead projects that advance our service delivery.

Champion of Change Management in adoption of services and collaboration with client groups.

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or similar discipline or the recognized equivalent in education and experience.

The ability to execute in this role will usually require 10+ years of experience, including in an HR Business Partner - Manager/Director, or equivalent role.

Current PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP designation or equivalent preferred.

Workday experience preferred.

Pay DetailsAnnual Salary: $185,000 - $225,000.
