Technical Project Manager with strong scrum master skills to lead, accelerate, and increase the team's efficiency for our development tools. The Planning and Integration Team owns and manages the following enterprise tools: Rally; Tasktop; Blueprint; and Utility tools. The successful candidate will lead planning initiatives, support and collaborate on various enterprise developer tools, and lead agile celebrations.Skills Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science or related disciplines.5+ years of project management and agile/scrum experience in IT.Exposure to Software Development methodologies, Quality Assurance and Security & Control procedures.Lead the planning and tracking of enterprise initiatives for the Plan and Integrate tool portfolio.Lead and support daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, prioritization, and iteration planning.Lead weekly vendor status meetings for our tool portfolio.Provide support of the Plan and Integrate tool portfolio (Rally, Tasktop, Blueprint).Identify opportunities to improve processes and improve the efficiency of handling data.Manage and create solutions that will automate processes in the Planning and Integration space.Innovate and iterate on agile PM processes and share the learnings.Provide training, facilitate tool “Office Hours” and “What's New” forums.Provide software development tools and modernize technology, cloud migrations, ETR (Enterprise Technology Refresh) for development tools like Rally, Tasktop, and Blueprint.Skills Preferred

Must have excellent communication skills, flexibility to accommodate working across different time zones and sensitivity to cultural and geographical differences.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient knowledge and use of Backlog tools, such as Jira and Rally.Working knowledge of Tasktop and Blueprint.Understanding of the following environments/platforms: Linux, Container as a Service (CaaS), GCP, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), and VM environments.Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision-making scenarios.Knowledge of the Atlassian Platform tools (Jira Software, Jira Align, Jira Software Manager, Confluence, Atlas, Compass, Product Discovery).Some experience or knowledge of the following: GitHub, Jenkins, Linux, Python, Shell, Bash, rest API, DevOps, and DevSecOps.Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
