Lead software delivery workstreams abiding by JSM / SPO processesSynchronize customer's needs, design requirements, and program timingsHelp evolve tools and processes to deploy quality software on timeDemonstrate work products at program level ceremonies (e.g. PI Planning, Sprint retrospectives, backlog refinement)Understand and execute Change and Incident managementLiaise with all areas of software development, release activities, and deployment ownersNavigate from roadmap to plan, influencing sequencing, resolving dependencies, identifying and mitigating riskDrive estimations of work towards goals/milestones for production, service, and OTAEmpathize with and understand the end-user deeply, using that knowledge to determine the fastest path to deliver value while balancing stakeholder and company gainsTranslate business goals and end-user needs into product strategy; communicate direction and product priorities to the development team and other matrixed teamsConvey timelines, deliverables, risks, delays, and impacts to project team membersProactively lead teams to assess/measure risks and assure PIs and its Epics stay on track
Experience Required:
5+ years of proven experience as a TPM and/or Solution Delivery Leader5+ years of large/technically complex management experience such as evaluating, defining, and rolling out solutionsCustomer-focused and data-drivenExpert at Problem Solving TechniquesTechnical expertise in the DevOps field, mainly on CDStorytellingUnderstanding of UXResearch skillsAbility to analyze and interpret dataThrives on working on a cross-functional team and convincing different stakeholders about new software solutionsProven technical leadership skills with the ability to remain focused and calm under pressureStrong communication skills with engineers and non-technical stakeholders both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Dev experience (Python, Golang) will move you to the front row2-3 years as a front-end/backend developer
Education Required:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science
