Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving our financial planning and analysis. Your key responsibilities will include:Developing comprehensive financial models to support decision making related to complex business issues including capital investments, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Analyzing financial data and creating financial models for decision support.Performing financial reporting and preparing detailed reports for presentation to senior management.Driving process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.Coordinating with different teams to gather inputs and build consensus on financial estimates.Conducting benchmarking and process analysis for continual improvement of forecasting and budgeting techniques.Performing risk and opportunity assessments to support the achievement of financial objectives.Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA/CPA) is a plus.A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.Working knowledge of financial software and databases.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial audiences.Proven strategic planning experience at the management level.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.Proactive, independent, and able to work in a team to deliver high performance.
