DescriptionSummaryWe are seeking a Mechanical Integrity Data Analyst to join our team, in Houston, TX.The primary role of the Mechanical Integrity Data Analyst will be assisting our clients with implementing a new Inspection Data Management System (IDMS) from an existing IDMS source. This role will also include involvement in Risk Based Inspection (RBI) implementation, with data provided from existing assessments and new sources.Essential FunctionsTasks will include:Reviewing asset and inspection data (U1/U1A’s, isometric drawings, P&ID’s etc.).Reviewing existing IDMS/inspection records.Conduct QA/QC of data, identifying data gaps or errors in existing data records.Entering new assets or inspection data.Interacting with client team to report on project progress, and address issues or missing required information.Provide guidance to client users.RequirementsKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesKnowledge and experience in the following are required:Experience using Mistras’ PCMS.Knowledge and experience of Mechanical Integrity concepts (corrosion rates, remaining life, material of construction, pressure vessel components, etc.)Knowledge and experience of Mechanical Integrity related documents (e.g. API 510/570/653, ASME VIII Div 1, ASME B31.3, etc.)Knowledge and experience in reviewing chemical process drawings (P&ID’s, PFD’s, Heat and Material Balances, etc.)Strong numerical and analytical skills.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Good time management, ability to prioritize effectively.GEDKnowledge and experience in the following are preferred:Experience using other IDMS software.Knowledge and experience of implementing Risk Based Inspection and related documents (API580/581).Knowledge and experience of implementing RBI within PCMS.Knowledge of NDT inspection techniques.Experience with Microsoft SQL Server/SQL Server Management Studio.
