KLUTCH Sports Group seeks a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio and ability to create visually compelling designs.The salary range for this role is $66,000 to $75,000 commensurate with experience and skills.What You Will Do
Develop and maintain the visual identity and branding for Klutch Sports Group, ensuring consistency across all platforms.Design a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to digital and print advertisements, brochures, sales presentations, social media graphics, and event collateral.Create engaging and eye-catching graphics for online platforms, including social media content, website assets, email campaigns, and digital presentations.Collaborate with the internal teams to design graphics for various events, such as signings, press conferences, and promotional events.Work with Klutch’s clients to develop and enhance their personal brand through visually appealing and marketable presentations and custom graphics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Global Partnerships, and Client Management, to ensure all design projects align with the overall strategic goals of the organization.Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously enhance the quality and creativity of designs produced by Klutch Sports Group.What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, a related field, or equivalent experience.3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.A passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports industry is a plus.What You Will Get
