Together, we build innovative and useful products that elevate people's lives everywhere every day!Work Location: This position is open to candidates based near our office locations in the following cities/states -Bend, OREl Paso, TXDallas, TXCortez, COMarlborough, MAArlington, TNEdgewater, NJWhat you will be doing:As the Master Data Analyst, you will be a data champion for the Business within the Data Management and Governance Team. The Master Data Analyst will be responsible for supervising and maintaining data governance and quality and taking corrective actions when vital.Responsible for maintaining and consulting 4-5 MDM (Master Data Management) data objects.Assist with Material Master.Act as Master Data subject matter expert (SME) – researching and resolving MDM issues.Lead multi-functional teams to assemble required information and implement Business master data needs.Implement established data standards and guidelines.Prepare Master Data load files and/or manually input the changes directly into Oracle EBS.Responsible for following the governance of new products going into the system that do not meet the set business requirements.Responsible for maintaining standards, guidelines, processes, and expertise to consistently address recurring strategic enterprise master data issues.Engaging and collaborating with senior leaders and peers in evolving Master Data Management within the organization’s applications and processes.Supervise recurring exception reports and initiate data clean-up opportunities.Skills needed to be successful in this role:General knowledge of master data and how it applies to business.Accurate data entry skills, attention to detail, and follow-up abilities are required.Good interpersonal skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize engineering decisions in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work flexible hours in peak seasons while working with international teams.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience.2+ years' experience working with Enterprise Master Data.Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Preferred Qualifications:Oracle Master DataExperience with Power BI, SmartsheetExperience with Item/Product Master DataBenefits: Salary + Bonus, Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave, 401(k) with company match, Basic Life Insurance, Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Charitable (volunteer) Leave, and Educational Assistance.Wondering if you should apply?
