Established and reputable general contractor with a focus on commercial, higher education, industrial, religious, restaurants/hospitality, and public works projects in the Greater St. Louis area. Their project scope ranges anywhere from $1M to $20M. Offers a flexible work environment with travel only required once a month. Due to their projected growth in the next year, they are looking to add an experienced individual to their project management team to lead and oversee design/build construction projects.Description

15+ years of experienceBachelor's degree required (construction management, architecture, engineering is a plus)Experience as project manager and/or estimator preferredGround-up projects ($1M - $20M)Industrial experience preferredCommercial construction experience preferredExperience communicating/collaborating with clientsExperience leading a team is preferredJob Offer
