Lead IT Finance Business Analyst

in our SAP space, you will provide technical leadership for the implementation of technology solutions in support of the Kellanova Finance, HR, and Corporate Functions Strategy. You will build, transform, and enhance systems and capabilities that align with enterprise standards, considering the existing landscape. You will recommend and implement technically sound solutions that successfully deliver results that are aligned with business objectives. There may be some quarterly travel expectations.A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborate with the business: You’ll work closely with clients, business analysts, and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions for the Finance Organization. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and follow the organization’s architectural standards.Application Development Life Cycle: Be involved in the full systems life cycle, responsible for designing, managing coding, testing, implementing, and supporting application software delivering on time and within budget.Architecture design input: Participate in component and data architecture design, technology planning, product evaluation, advanced testing processes, and buy vs. build recommendations. Also, provide input to project plans related to the application development initiative.Your Recipe For Success

Bachelor's Degree preferredSignificant experience with application programming and system analysis/design experience implementing and enhancing solutions like SAP Finance/Controlling (FI/CO), Anaplan, Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC), High Radius, Concur, Xsuite, Vertex, etc., or other financial systemsComprehensive knowledge of Record to Report, Cost Accounting, and Intercompany Processes or other financial processesBroad level of understanding surrounding information systems and Finance application architectureAbility to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes that span multiple business areas, identify, and understand requirements, and develop alternate solutionsAbility to meet and deliver complex IT solutions/projects within budget and timeline.What’s Next
