Job Title: Account ManagerCompensation: Open to Market RangeBonusBenefits (401K, PTO, perks, etc)Location: San Jose or Irvine - CAResponsibilities and Major Job Duties:Take direct responsibilities for customer accounts engagement, management, business development and technical support in Americas region, and corporate strategies alignment to achieve revenue, NTO and other corporate goals.Proactively serve customer on an ongoing basis, promote new technologies and collaborate with customers to achieve revenue, margin, NTO and other corporate business goals.Create a strong business relationship with customers to develop strategic plans for business growth.Execute and exceed assigned sales revenue, and fully responsible for managing and overseeing activities of assigned customers accounts (logistics / engineering / business / marketing etc.)Execute customer POs in time to meet company revenue goal with the coordination of internal and external.Negotiate contracts with customers (manufacturing, technology development, etc.)Negotiate with customers in pricing, business issues engineering, manufacturing operational issues to ensure the margin and revenue in growth.Understand customers product and market to develop strategic plan for engagement.Identify new business opportunities, and conduct new customer evaluation, development and engagements.Understand account forecast to ensure revenue target can be achieved and ensure enough capacity to fulfill customer demand.Convey customers and market feedback internally to enhance competitiveness.Nurture newly engaged customers to ensure First-Time-Right Silicon and customer retention.Other duties/projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields. Master degree in the related fields preferred.Technical knowledge and general understanding of semiconductor industry is required. Prior engineering experience is a big plus.12 years or more experience in semiconductor account management, sales, and/or marketing and/or CE. Experience in semiconductor / foundry sales is a major plus.Customer Service oriented, teamwork spirit, proactive, pursue excellence, innovation & continuous improvement, planning and execution, analytical thinking & problem solving.Excellent interpersonal skills for communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and relationship building. Be able to build trust with customer base across all working levels (from top executive to working level).Be able to learn complex internal system and procedures.Excellent organizational and coordination skills.Goal oriented and planning driven.Detail-oriented, self-starter with a proactive attitude.
