Summary5+ years of litigation experience defending federal & state wage & hour cases, including collective and class actions.Experience handling investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC, and other state and local human rights agencies.Must be familiar with all stages of litigation and can hit the ground running, handling Employment Litigation in federal and state court.Experience appearing before the National Labor Relations Board regarding matters related to union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, union elections, and arbitrations.JD from ABA Accredited Law School.Admitted to practice in California.The annual compensation for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 (DOE).
