We are hiring because of continuing growth and seeking tax seniors and managers with 4-8 (or more) years of recent public accounting experience. CPA is a plus, but not required. Candidates must be proficient in QuickBooks, can multi-task, and have strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of UltraTax or equivalent tax program is required.Duties and responsibilities include:
Manage client relationships and work-flowSupervise and mentor staffReview and/or prepare all types of business, trust and individual tax returnsReview and/or prepare separate and combined state tax returns for multiple statesProficient in preparing and reviewing tax returns for high net worth individualsResolve federal and state tax noticesStrong knowledge of tax regulations, ability to research tax issues as requiredPrepare foreign bank account reportsReview client prepared trial balances; prepare adjustments for final tax preparationReview sales tax returns for multiple statesReview year-end accrual entries and trial balances for small businessesPreparation and/or review projections of estimated tax and vouchers for clientsDevelop and implement tax planning strategies for individual and business clientsInterested in hearing more?
