Job DescriptionSalary: $92,000 - $124,000 a year as well as being eligible for a yearly bonus based on regional and business unit performance.Monthly phone stipend as well as mileage reimbursement also included.The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location.

What You'll Do:

Manage dedicated commercial salespeople within Suddath markets and build a well-defined model for support to the branch that will promote local commercial growth and success.Effective collaboration and transparency with network operations leadershipEstablish a national rhythm within the commercial sales community including weekly sales meetings, weekly individual accountability sessions, monthly individual and program performance reporting, national stack rankings, annual performance reviews, and annual sales summitDevelop market strategies based on market dynamics and branch strengthsTargeted and ongoing sales recruiting and retention, hiring and trainingDirect sales management to “develop, measure, mentor, manage”Implementation of standard job descriptions, production, and compensation metricsDirect business development supportIndirect marketing support (materials and targeted campaigns)Maintain overall brand consistency and synchronization with Workplace Solutions strategiesDirect and indirect RFP supportDirect and indirect presentation, relationship, and closing support including training and demonstrations of proprietary software programsIncorporate Workplace Solutions services for market differentiation and high-potential relationshipsComprehensive integration of Suddath standard CRM application; ensure the team is 100% CRM compliantDevelop local and national strategies for coordinated Trade Association InvolvementOther job duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years of successful sales management experience in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsA track record of successful leadership and management of a sales team, including hiring, coaching, and performance managementDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectivelyStrong business acumen and industry experience in office moving, commercial furniture sales, commercial real estate services, or project management preferred.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customersDemonstrated ability to work independently and is self-motivatedExcellent financial management, planning, and forecasting skills, and technology orientationAbility to travel up to 75% of the time
