Overview

Blue Yonder is seeking a VP of Sales to join our Retail Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the growth of our sales efforts, with a focus on customer success and engagement. The VP of Sales will manage a team of net-new sales reps. You will work closely with the Sales, Services, and Customer Success teams to develop and execute on strategies that maximize customer value and drive revenue growth.

What we are looking for

10+ years of experience in sales, sales management, or related roles in retailProven track record of driving growth in a sales organizationDeep understanding of customer needs and market trends in the supply chain software marketStrong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company is a plus.

The Salary Range for this position is $175,000.00 to $210,000.00. The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
