Responsibilities

Drive growth of the business within the local CEI MarketProvide leadership for all staff within the Connecticut CEI groupFormulate and manage project budgets and resource planningPrepare and manage quarterly workload projections, monthly Revenue Recognition Report, monthly Exceptions Report and assist with collections as necessary.Actively participate in all business development and client management activities in close collaboration with the Regional Business Development leads and the local Business Area ManagerMaintain continuous engagement with STV clients and strategically align the operations for upcoming opportunitiesCollaborate with other states within the region to cross sell business opportunities and deliver high quality projectsCoordinate teaming arrangements for project proposals as necessary and assist with proposal preparation and/or reviewPromote teaming opportunities with S/M/WBE businesses

Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following requirements:20 or more years of experience that includes working at Senior Leadership levels for a Program/Project/Construction Management firm or Owner’s AgencyPE designation is requiredBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction ManagementRelated field degrees are consideredExperience managing teamsOperations and finance management experienceBusiness development, proposals and presentation experience requiredHigh level understanding of the major engineering and construction project delivery methods (Design-build, CMAR, etc)Multiple markets experience a plus

Compensation Range

$168,112.00 - $224,149.00
