About the Team
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies. We are looking for a team member for Global Key Accounts’ Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Global brands are our key strategic partners, and we need a dedicated team to provide the best service to them. The team will play a critical role in establishing and leading strategic commerce partnerships between TikTok and the world's top-tier brands or agencies.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is proficient in strategy and analytics, has a client-serving mindset, and is a good team player. This role requires the ability to work across different time zones and cultures and bring a philosophy of client-centricity to the role both internally and externally. The successful candidate is a builder, intellectually curious, creative, entrepreneurial, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, strong in strategic thinking, and has deep experience working with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and above;5 years+ work experience;Business Mandarin-speaking fluency or HSK6 equivalent is mandatory, for product launches and communication with stakeholders;Solid understanding of social/livestream commerce and content marketing;Previous exposure to apparel, beauty, or CPG industry;Strong in data analytics and strategic analysis;Experience in consulting is a plus;
Job Information:
Compensation Description (annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111,000 - $192,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
