The teams within USDS that deliver on this commitment daily span Trust & Safety, Security & Privacy, Engineering, User & Product Ops, Corporate Functions and more.About the TeamThe Global Payment team of the US Tech Service department of TikTok provides all-round payment solutions for the company's overseas products, overseas commercialization, and the company's overseas travel and procurement, including channel access, product order design, user interaction, capital management, tax and exchange optimization, and settlement reconciliation. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop and manage the complex challenges of scale with your expertise in large-scale system design.ResponsibilitiesPossess the development ability to build test environments and coordinate with the development/introduction of tool platforms to solve the problem of test efficiency and achieve the actual quality effect in the business.Have the ability to improve the test process, which includes the development, test, and release process.Have strong quality analytical ability, and able to abstract common problems through online problems and solve them pertinently.Closely collaborate with global teams and adopt flexible working hours.Knowledge of quality assurance technological development trends, and able to pivot quickly and apply these technologies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline.At least 3 years of experience in the field of software testing and development.Proven experience creating automation frameworks and tools to support test automation.Good communication and problem-solving skills, good execution and enforcement, good document writing ability.Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility and able to adapt to high-intensity work in a fast-paced environment.Able to help with the landing of new hires and enable them to ramp up quickly.Familiar with SDLC process, and different testing phases in SDLC.Experience with API testing is a plus.Experience with payments systems or financial institution systems is a plus.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
