Provide legal counsel on complex litigations, particularly in federal courts.

Offer client counseling on antitrust issues.

Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws and regulations.

Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop effective legal strategies.

Requirements:

3-6 years of transactional antitrust experience in a private firm or government agency.

Experience with antitrust investigations, deal counseling, and merger investigations.

Knowledge of technology industries, pharmaceuticals, health care, and retail.

Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.)

degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:Current license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s), or eligibility to become licensed.
