As a Software Engineer II at HyerTek, you will analyze and study complex system requirements by utilizing research, discovery and development fundamentals.Key Responsibilities
Designs software tools and subsystems to support software reutilization, domain analysis, and implementation management.Manages software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, CASE tools, or other accepted design techniques.Estimates software development schedules, reviews existing programs through RDT&E, and assists in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques.Minimum Education/Experience
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or other closely related scientific or technical discipline. With a Master's degree (in the fields described above).A minimum of eight (8) years experience, of which at least three (3) years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes: IT systems analysis and programming. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general direction.Technical Qualifications
