Springfield, VT: We seek a skilled General Surgeon to join a respected healthcare organization in beautiful southeastern Vermont (near the New Hampshire border). You are invited to join the medical staff of an award-winning 25-bed critical access community hospital providing care to over 40,000 area residents. This innovative healthcare system is patient-centered, and emphasizes quality, access and affordability for all.
J1 or H1b visa support may be available!
Join a senior surgeon in this established single-specialty practice providing a broad range of comprehensive medical and surgical care services. You will replace a surgeon who has retired due to medical reasons. Enjoy a convenient schedule of four days/week! You will have blocked Operating Room time, and scheduled Endoscopy clinics, along with keeping general office hours. You will be supported by an experienced, dedicated staff and skilled leadership, allowing you to focus on building a rewarding clinical practice in a comfortable contemporary space right on the hospital campus. This organization uses Allscripts, and the surgical office is connected to the PACS system, giving you immediate access to all imaging. Very light call is shared on a 1:3 basis (with the option to take extra call for extra pay).
