Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson’s Enterprise Networking and Security business. How Will You Contribute to the Company?

The Senior Manager, Sales Commissions will lead a team and own the day-to-day operations of paying sales commissions to our global sales organization. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who brings with them a preferred five (5+) years of experience calculating commissions as well as using core Incentive Compensation Tools like Xactly or Varicent. This position will work directly with the sales leadership to administer accurate commission payments in accordance with the approved sales plans. The position will also own project management responsibilities for annual plan design changes and cost modeling assumptions.

What Will You Do?

Oversee monthly calculations and review payments for accuracy for all sales commissions. Calculations include bonuses, spiffs, guarantees, and other incentive programs.Manage all aspects of Company sales incentive plans. This includes configuration in Xactly as well as modeling in Excel.Prepare monthly account reconciliations.Set up and maintain all People records in Xactly. This requires cross function partnership with HR and Sales Operations to properly track and update new hires, terminations, pay changes, role changes, team changes, quota changes, guarantees, and spiff programs.Partner with Sales Operations teams to ensure sales billings credits are reported accurately and timely each month to meet critical monthly commission accrual and payout deadlines.Respond accordingly to compensation related questions from sales representative or people leaders.Update and maintain monthly reporting material for leadership for monthly commission review meeting. The packets include monthly, quarterly, and annual analytics related to sales compensation.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in business administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance.Minimum of seven (7+) years directly managing a team.Minimum of seven (7+) years experience with commission calculation and analysis.Knowledge of financial processes involving month end accrual accounting, forecasting, compensation plan management and commission calculations.High degree of computer literacy and skills in specialized software related to department operations including ERP accounting system, database, spreadsheet, and word processing.Ability to prioritize and efficiently work through large Excel files.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to make presentations and respond to inquiries by senior management, and/or employees.Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing work priorities and meet required deadlines.Ability to act and operate independently and as part of a team with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees including team members, management, and sales representatives.

Experience with Xactly Incent.Experience building reports and dashboards in Xactly Analytics.

Your Pay

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

$119,700.00 - $222,300.00

Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by our Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Please note that an employee’s FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. We also offer paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
