Within the US Oncology business, our mission is to redefine cancer care by delivering outstanding and accessible therapeutic solutions that prolong and improve patients’ lives.Responsibilities:Go-to Finance partner for TECVAYLI & TALVEY cross-functional partnersDevelop and shape TECVAYLI & TALVEY sales and strategic investment forecasts, track sales and investments throughout the year, and assess impacts from competitive dynamics and market events. Influence cross-functional partners regarding investment decisions to drive value and deliver resultsCorrelate sales performance to brand strategy and market factors (demand trends, competitive intelligence, policy, data releases)Own forecasting/Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles and quarterly close activities (including Investor Relations packages) for TECVAYLI & TALVEY, ensuring financial and business compliance requirements are metOwn ad-hoc analyses and develop executive framing, with opportunities to present directly to Oncology president and other senior leadershipIdentify process improvements and provide recommendations on key focus areasQualifications:A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.A minimum 3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting is required.A CPA, CMA, or other financial certification is preferred.Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills while working in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.Strong financial analysis, business partnering, team building, and influencing skills are preferred.This position requires a highly motivated individual with intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills.Individual must work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively take on leadership roles.Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are required to include Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and formulas.The ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to all areas of the organization including executive leadership is required.The position is located in Horsham, PA and may require up to 10% local travel to our Titusville, NJ location.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
