Compliance Manager – Chicago, IL (Auburn Park, IL)We are seeking a Compliance Manager to work with a well-respected out-patient clinic setting under the Chief Executive Officer. The Compliance Manager, in collaboration with the CEO, will be responsible for the development, implementation, oversight, and evaluation of the organization's programs and services including risk management, compliance with 330e program guidelines, audits, grants funding, policies and procedures, organizational training, including training pertaining to participant protected health information (“PHI”), incident management, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA’s Privacy Rule and other applicable privacy laws and regulations.

The Compliance Manager will work with the organization’s managers and program liaisons to enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization’s programs and services, develop policies, deliver training, and investigate non-compliances. The role also includes advising the CEO of potential compliance risk areas, overseeing and tracking compliance issues, trend data, and preparing regular reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and implement a comprehensive Compliance & Ethics program and strategy.

Oversee the organization’s compliance operations and functions including risk management and compliance with 330e program guidelines.

Develop and implement training pertaining to participant protected health information (“PHI”) and incident management.

Ensure the organization meets statutory and regulatory requirements.

Advise CEO of potential compliance risk areas and oversee compliance issues.

Assist the CEO and Senior Management team in designing and developing programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Travel to the organization’s various site locations as required.

Requirements:

Masters Degree Required, preferably in Health Care Administration or Public Health.

Experience as a Compliance Manager in a Public Health or FQHC setting.

Ability to work in-person 8a-5p at two clinic locations.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary of $60,000-$65,000.
