We are looking for an innovation-centric Software Engineer, Intelligent Automation, R&D Digital Products to join our IT R&D Team who is passionate about designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions. This position will report to the Intelligent Automation Architect, R&D Digital Products in IT.Your Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement automations tailored for R&D functions.Utilize automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Bizagi Automation Platform or similar.Integrate automation with big data, analytics, AI, and machine learning.Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain automations throughout the software development life cycle.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design automation solutions.Your Qualifications
Experience in Life Sciences, Biotech or Pharma industry is a must have.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.At least 3 years of experience in automation development.Experience with automation platforms and tools.Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Why Genmab?
