QualificationsExtensive experience interpreting insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions, and litigating coverage matters preferably in connection with general liability, professional liability (E&O), directors & officers, employment practices liability, and cyber insurance policies.JD from an ABA accredited Law School.Good standing in California Bar.
ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage a litigation caseload and work cases from inception through resolution.Communicate with clients and provide status reports.5+ years of coverage experience (advice & litigation) in the professional lines insurance space is preferred but open to any area of insurance coverage.
The annual compensation for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 (DOE). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
