Texas Capital Bank .Responsibilities

Lead preparation of pitch materials and management presentationsCoordinate and perform business due diligence for both buy and sell-side engagementsAssist in the marketing and execution of M&A transactions, including review of QOE reports and third-party vendor work product, transaction documentation, model validation and related workflowCoordinate with internal coverage teams and product areas to identify, evaluate and originate new business ideas/opportunitiesBuild relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, sponsors, attorneys, lawyers and other advisorsDevelop and train analysts, associates, and summer internsIdentify and lead business development efforts, participate in corporate finance-related industry conferences and public speaking opportunities, assist in the development of white papers, articles, marketing letters, news releases, and other media to generate exposure and build our brandQualifications

Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated subject matter expertise in finance/accounting; MBA, MA, MS, JD, CFA, CPA or other advanced degrees and designations welcomeMinimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory services, or related M&A experienceExperience with financing and advisory for mortgage originators, asset managers, banks and other financial institutions and intermediariesStrong written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels of the organizationHighly quantitative and qualitative analytical skills requiredHighly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requestsAbility to take initiative and function independently balanced with strong teaming skillsMaintain high standards of professional and ethical conductDemonstrable understanding of capital markets, modeling, and corporate financeFINRA Series 7, Series 63 and Series 79 licenses; or the ability to obtain within 90 daysThe duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
