You’ll work closely with Quip’s most strategic customers to deeply understand their needs and set the direction for the Quip business by building a roadmap that empowers customers to continue to scale while laying the foundation to move to Slack. Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their unique needs across an array of use casesDevelop the product strategy to deliver on the needs of top enterprise customersWork with internal and external partners, including customers, go-to-market teams, research and analytics, bizops, and executive leadership to understand and communicate the short- and long-term strategy for QuipOversee multiple engineering teams, driving product strategy, execution, and roadmaps that align to group level visionDrive alignment with front end Quip/Slack teams to understand and prioritize dependencies to support new feature workIn tandem with engineering leadership, develop appropriate planning, prioritization, and release management processes to enable launch of new functionality for customersAnticipate risk, and lead discussion via frequent, clear communication, both internally and with partners.What you should have

5+ years experience as a product managerA passion for Slack and the problems we are solvingStrong communication skillsAbility to manage complex internal and external partners and find creative solutionsTrack record of working with engineering and partner teams: people want to work with you again
