Saul Ewing is seeking a high-performing senior tax associate or counsel to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience working on tax matters with federal and state elements. Candidates must have significant experience with one or more of the following specialties:Partnership taxationMergers and acquisitionsTax considerations relating to real estate investmentsKnowledge of state and local tax laws is a plus. Experience with tax-exempt organizations is also a plus. Large law firm experience is preferred. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing, and communication skills are essential for this role.This position is open to our offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Orange County, Philadelphia, and Washington DC. Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice. The pay for this position will be determined based on relevant skills and experience, education, external market data, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
