Saul Ewing is seeking an exceptional litigation associate to join our team in Florida. Candidates must have 5-6 years of litigation experience working on complex matters. Competitive candidates will have an excellent academic record, top tier research and writing abilities, and a proven commitment to premium client service. Significant experience with Federal Court litigation is essential for this role. Familiarity with E-Discovery, and review platforms such as Opus2 and Relativity is strongly preferred.This position will involve work from a broad spectrum of litigation matters including but not limited to:Trust and estate litigationReal estate litigationCorporate litigation1st Amendment litigationThis position is open to any of our Florida offices with a preference for Ft. Lauderdale or West Palm Beach.
