As an Integration Release Engineer, you will be instrumental in supporting the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role is centered in a high-demand customer success environment, focusing on deploying code changes, providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and managing security settings in Salesforce and MuleSoft, among other cloud technologies. This position offers direct exposure to core business operations, emphasizing customer success through scalable solutions, processes, and applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate organizational capabilities to suggest improvementsSupport the daily operational readiness of Enterprise shared MuleSoft platforms and Salesforce.comManage the lifecycle of change requests, deploying changes across various environmentsDefine and implement deployment schedules for various release types using technologies like GitHub, Jenkins, Azure, MuleSoft, and SalesforceMaintain the integrity of services integrated with cloud environments, including in-house and external systemsAct as a subject matter expert in MuleSoft, assisting in planning and analysis for system changes and enhancementsEvaluate new releases and applications for MuleSoft and Salesforce and stay current with administration best practicesProvide insight on secure application development and release management best practices for MuleSoftPerform testing and validation for MuleSoft and Salesforce configurations and developmentsManage the implementation of releases, including task coordination, conflict resolution, and deploymentTroubleshoot and complete complex data loads effectively

Required Qualifications:

Certified MuleSoft Developer5+ years as a release lead with hands-on deployment experience in complex environments2+ years of experience in MuleSoft release management2+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration2+ years of experience with data migration into Salesforce and similar technologies2+ years of ability to troubleshoot complex data loads (limits, performance, flows)1+ years of experience in DevOps, including familiarity with GitHub and Jenkins1+ years of experience with various MuleSoft connectors for critical enterprise applications1+ years of knowledge of Agile project management and sprint planning1+ years of service desk or similar customer service role experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer SciencePrevious work in the government sector or in multiple Salesforce org environments is a plusAbility to work both independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teamsHighly skilled in verbal/written communications, presentations, math, analytical, and problem-solvingMust be able to communicate both verbally and in written formMust be eligible to work in the United StatesMust have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommutingMust be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearanceAll work must be conducted in the United States
