As a Product Manager Director for Salesforce Data Cloud, you will be instrumental in shaping our product vision and driving its success in the market. You will be responsible for the Developer and Admin Experience, primarily focused on the needs of our Ecosystem partners. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about the needs of our partners, supporting their needs as they build Data Cloud practices, applications, services, and training!What are we looking for?

This role demands a dynamic professional who can navigate the intersection of our partner community and platform, transforming requirements into real-world solutions that empower users and drive the success of the Salesforce Data Cloud.Role And Responsibilities:

Defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for building platform features and tools optimized to support the needs of our partners.Leading cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers and designers to bring these models from conception to successful implementation.Understanding partner needs, struggles, and requirements to ensure the Data Cloud platform will address their specific challenges.Proficiency in the complete software lifecycle, ensuring our partners are fully empowered to develop on and for the Data Cloud platform.Effective interpersonal skills to convey sophisticated technical concepts to both technical and non-technical partners.Staying on top of industry and Salesforce-specific trends, standard processes, and advancements in tools, platforms, and extensibility to ensure the Data Cloud platform offers a competitive and compelling experience for our partners.Working in tandem with user experience, content, and other teams to ensure we offer an intuitive and complete experience for Salesforce Data Cloud partners.Collaborating with our partner teams to ensure representation of our partner’s needs across all aspects of the Data Cloud platform.Familiarity with Salesforce platform and its various products, such as Apex, SFDX, Flow and LWC (Lightning Web Components) would be a plus.Qualifications:

Partner Focused - someone who understands our partner community and wants to ensure partners fall in love with the Data Cloud platform.Ownership DNA - proven track record to excite and manage a cross-functional engineering team.Ability to gather and transform business requirements and market needs into a successful product strategy.2-4 years of product management or equivalent experience. Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.Proven ability to deliver against goals.Experience in development processes for complex metadata-driven platforms, especially Salesforce.Solid understanding of Salesforce products and APIs.Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum.Experience delivering highly scalable products (think 100,000s customers).Accommodations
