Summary:

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading and guiding the team of associate product managers and product managers to support the development and deployment of products as per desired project timelines and key launch dates. They design and execute product roadmap based on the target customer needs and their alignment with product vision. They work closely with engineering, UI/UX Design, project management, and quality and testing teams to manage the complete product cycle. They coordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage the product/feature release ensuring seamless adoption by customers. The role provides excellent opportunity to create products which will hugely impact Cencora's internal and external customers.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Define product roadmaps based on customer needs, business priorities and inputs of leadership and engineering teamLeverage customer usage, experience, and feedback data to generate and prioritize immediate improvement opportunities in product performance, feature visualization, interface, and usabilityManage the end-to-end delivery of product ensuring it meets/exceeds the product quality, design, and performance expectations of customersCreate a GTM strategy for each release defining customer segments, release timings, customer communication, customer support readiness criteria, and live testing strategyTrack the defined product KPIs and create regular reports for the senior leadership to apprise them of the progress and any critical bottleneckMake data backed recommendations on improvement of customer experience, and product performance from various aspects such as customer reach, consumer adoption, product utilization, and product technical performance to uplift the overall product experienceProvide guidance to team members and encourage them to achieve their optimum performanceWork with engineering and business leadership team to prioritize the feature pipeline basis customer priority, impact, and organization effortWork with team members to find best resolution to any conflicts that occur between business stakeholders and user feedbackSupport senior stakeholders in creating product vision and strategy by clearly laying out target customer segments, product, and positioningLead the commercialization process for each release to ensure successful execution in all target marketsLead the end-to-end success of new product capabilities and features from requirements definition through design, development, launch authorization, and post-launch analysisDevise ways to increase customer reach and adoption at different timelines post launchCoordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure clear and concise documentation of planned features, product use cases and customer storiesCollaborate with engineering, UI/UX Design and other teams to prioritize product backlogs and set sprint goalsAnalyze and support cost center budget associated with delivering the productProvide monthly finance updatesWhat your background should look like

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or other IT related area. MBA degree is preferred6-10 years of relevant product management or product planning experienceSkills and Knowledge:
