The Sales Executive role holds an essential position in the growth and development of our sales pipeline, directly impacting the business. You are excited about prospecting to potential customers while maintaining a fun and rewarding atmosphere.Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails.Develop sales approaches and pitches that speak to the customer's needs, concerns, and objectives.Effectively communicate our value proposition and develop professional relationships with prospects.Conduct solutions and technology demonstrations.Manage accounts and design appropriate technology solutions based on clients' needs.Build long-term relationships with clients.Cross-sell current clients on new solutions.Participate in ongoing training and stay up to date with new products and services.Understand Genuity's goal and purpose to continually enhance the company's performance.What we are looking for

Commercial experience in sales (IT, managed services & SaaS experience).Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.A strong phone presence with a knack for building rapport quickly and establishing trust.Hands-on experience with outbound sales techniques (prospecting, cold calling, emailing, etc.).Technical aptitude to quickly assimilate technical knowledge.Previous experience telemarketing, cold-calling, and setting appointments/closing sales.Strong desire to grow your career within an agile and hungry environment.What you Possess

3-5 years of demonstrated success in a Sales Executive role, preferably with Managed Services, Cybersecurity, and SaaS solution sales experience with strong competitive knowledge and a tremendous track record of success.College degree (BA, BBA, BS); technical sales certifications a plus and will consider relevant work experience if non-degreed.Social: Outgoing, charismatic, naturally curious about people.Confidence: Unfazed by rejection, views difficult buyers as a challenge.Organized: Detail-oriented, disciplined, and methodical.Persuasion: Enjoys selling, negotiating, and changing others' points of view. Stays calm under pressure.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to approach challenges with diplomacy and poise.Our Team
