SR. PRODUCT MANAGER, Reporting & Analytics

will combine technology and design to solve real customer problems in a way that meets the needs of our Retail Media business. You will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our advertising platform. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap and features that align with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of the retail media landscape, strong analytical skills, experience with BI and visualization technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesStakeholder management: experienced in building and managing stakeholder relationships to influence and drive change.Experience in the development and use of product data to inform product decisions – both quantitative and qualitative.Deep understanding of customers/users’ problems, how they think and operate and the platforms/technology they use.Understanding of the business domain, stakeholders, business processes and constraints in which your product(s) play.Experienced in making priority decisions based on measurable value, given the usability, feasibility, and viability.Understand and communicate organization objectives, strategies, and solution needs to the team to facilitate results.Skilled in leading Discovery Process sessions with key stakeholders.Clearly communicate the value of the work being delivered.Manage work with a product mindset – focus on outcomes (over outputs) and key metrics of success.Clearly define product features and requirements, working closely with the development team throughout the product development lifecycle.Analyze data and user feedback to make informed decisions and iterate on the product roadmap.Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.Support the planning and execution of various new product programs launches at various life cycles including alphas, betas, and general availability stages.Contribute to the development, championing and evangelizing of a product vision, strategy, and overall roadmap, based on value, viability, and the needs of the business.Develop the reporting and analytics capabilities within the Kroger Precision Marketing Measurement team.Own the measurement visualization and reporting needs within KAP (Kroger's Ad Platform) and other KPM (Kroger Precision Marketing) platforms.Qualifications, Skills, And ExperienceExperience with Digital Media and Ad Tech/Mar Tech.Experience with Business Intelligence (BI), reporting, and visualization platforms and technologies.Skilled in managing cross-functional software development teams in an agile environment.Skilled in managing business priorities against design/user needs while delivering against product roadmaps.Skilled in managing end-to-end software product development and releases.Stakeholder management skills – experienced in building and managing stakeholder relationships to influence and drive change.Problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.Planning, organizational and time management skills.Comfort with ambiguity – remains confident, positive, and resourceful in the face of ambiguity and unexpected results.Exhibits qualities of and have proven to be a great teammate.Verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate between business and technical.Technical acumen – grasps the technical details to lead a team, product and/or program.3+ years relevant experience.Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
