Our mission is to serve and protect organizations to ensure their success.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager (MSP/MSSP Services) who will be responsible for managing the development and marketing of our managed security and managed IT services. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Bulletproof MSP/MSSP services, and will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and developing product strategies that align with our company's objectives.Key Responsibilities:Development and operation of the Service Lifecycle Management process.Define and implement product/service strategies that align with our company's objectives.Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new services.Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats to ensure the success of our services.Partner with market research resources and gather customer feedback to inform service development.Define service requirements and manage the service roadmap.Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure service development meets quality standards and timelines.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective service positioning and messaging.Develop pricing strategies and monitor product/service performance.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.Required Education and Other Credentials:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience in product/service management or related role, with direct experience developing managed IT (MSP) and managed security (MSSP) services.Strong understanding of security and technology services and related markets.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Location:
New Jersey, or Boston MA.Schedule:
Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.Salary Range:
