Commercial Property Accountant PositionAbout The Real Estate CompanyCFS of New York is working with a full service real estate investment company as they are looking for a Commercial Property Accountant to join their team.Our client specializes in the development of commercial buildings, mixed use, and healthcare facilities.This role reports to the Controller and will be asked to go into the office daily in their Bronx, NY location.Competitive Salary, Benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Tuition Benefits.“Great Place to get Started, helpful people around, well-run company.”“Great Experience working in a corporate setting with a very friendly office Team.”Responsibilities Of The Commercial Property AccountantPreparing monthly reports on the Commercial property business including all active properties that the firm works with.Reviewing the budgets for the construction including conducting monthly requisitions for contractors.Comply with the development of accounting policies and procedures.Comply with internal controls policies and procedures.Qualifications Of The Commercial Property Accountant3-5 years of relevant accounting experience in Real Estate.Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA is a plus.Experience working with an ERP system such as Yardi, MRI, or Deltek is a plus; strong Excel skills.
