Who we are looking forThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience working within a team-based environment and delivering service and solutions to customers. This individual will work closely with car dealerships from across the U.S. to support ACV Auctions unique business solutions. The Account Support Rep will receive inbound phone calls and emails from customers and help answer their questions and solve challenges they may have. We're looking for teammates that enjoy interacting with and supporting customers through their day, are super-dependable and thrive when working with others.

What you will doReceive inbound calls from ACV CustomersResolve customer inquiries by using all the resources available such as Salesforce, ACV’s tools, etc.Perform outbound calls to ACV Customers as neededDocument activities, strategies and efforts within SalesforceProvide pre and post-sales support to customers to ensure consistent repeat businessMeet or exceed SLA’s to issue resolutionsUnderstand ACV policiesWork with other departments to resolve customer inquiries such as Titles, Payments, Transportation and ArbitrationPresent current ACV offerings, products, services and newest featuresSpeak with business owners and decision makersMeet or exceed all goals and KPI’s
