LOCATION: RemoteThe Account Manager - eCommerce is the driving force to deliver the account sales plan and plays an instrumental role in achieving the company's aggressive profitable growth objectives. Reporting to the Senior eCommerce Manager, the ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a strategic approach to managing eCommerce accounts. This role requires proficiency in Excel, deep dive analysis capabilities, and the ability to drive company impact through effective customer-focused strategies.Key Responsibilities:

Lead E-Commerce revenue growth on assigned accounts for Napoleon portfolio of products.Manage annual account planning, forecasting, and budgeting.Drive revenue and P&L targets, accountable for delivering e-Commerce sales, market share growth, and gross profit for assigned accounts. Provide weekly account specific updates and fulfill ad-hoc requests.Focus on increasing organic rank and paid placement for all products across major e-Commerce accounts.Develop short-term and annual plans (product, promotion & offers) to maximize e-Commerce sales specific to assigned accounts (Lowes, Home Depot, and Amazon).Develop strategic programs to coincide with corporate agenda and MAP compliant eCommerce specific programs.Manage COOP and account specific customer marketing investment in conjunction with the digital marketing team.Coordinate logistics of all new product launches (hard and soft launches). Manage incoming purchase orders for accuracy and inventory.Identify growth opportunities for existing and new products and e-commerce accounts.Manage all e-Commerce vendor contracts including marketing and coop when necessary.Participate and actively monitor policy and procedure management (i.e MAP).Demonstrate leadership by staying abreast of industry trends and competitive trends to provide regular updates and tactical recommendations to the business.Contribute to the strategic direction of Napoleon's e-Commerce business.Negotiate business agreements with existing and new accounts.Work with cross-functional partners to present and align product line and pricing reviews.Work hand-in-hand with the digital marketing team ensuring content and images are up to date and consistent with eCommerce strategy.Ensure responsive and aligned relationships with assigned e-Commerce vendors/merchants.Education & Experience:
