Fixed Asset Manager

Position SummaryWe are seeking a Fixed Asset Manager to join our Technology team. This is a tremendous opportunity to grow your career within IT by demonstrating your ability to organize, strategically plan, and roll out new and legacy equipment across the company.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage the asset management life cycle of IT equipment including: Assist in cost research, comparing like equipment, purchasing, stock room management, audits, budget analysis, compliance/risk remediation, and hardware destruction.Work closely with the teams rolling out various equipment and products to maintain understanding of their uses and shortcomings.Communicate timelines for inventory arrival and remain aware of rollout plans.Partner with IT hardware and print vendors as a first point of contact.Monitor Service Desk incident volumes as it relates to Hardware Modeling and standardization.Education & ExperienceAbility to:This is largely a physical role and will require the ability to lift/move inventory of 50 pounds.Demonstrated experience and knowledge of inventory procedures and accurate record keeping.Education and Training:High school diploma required, associate degree preferred.2+ years of experience in a role leveraging like skills/abilities.Busey values a diverse and inclusive workplace and strives to recruit, develop and retain individuals with exceptional talent.
