This role will report to the Senior Accountant and assist in the day-to-day operations of cash, expenses, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting when applicable.A Day In The Life:
Maintaining accurate records of the company’s fixed assets including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirementsPrepare journal entries including but not limited to cash, expenses, accounts payable, fixed assetsAssist in the month-end and year-end close processPayment processing and cash collectionsReconciliation of AP and associated clearing accountsAd-hoc reporting as requestedSetting up new employees in expense reimbursement system and monitoring internal expense email accountCreating and maintaining vendor profiles and accounting dataMust be able to pass a background checkEmbody the Company valuesYou will thrive in this role if:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldKnowledge of accounting including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of accounting, finance, or equivalent experienceSelf-starter with motivation to drive improvementsMust be able to communicate effectively with a widely dispersed teamKeen attention to detail and is comfortable with accounting software, spreadsheets, and other accounting and financial processes.Proficient in Microsoft Excel including lookups, pivot tables, etc.This role is a hybrid, 3 days in office 2 days remoteExperience working with Sage Intacct, Expensify, Floqast, and Coupa is a bonusBenefits:

Salary Range: Starting at $60K to $80K. Stock options are included in all offers.
