We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to help us build a team that will focus on maintaining a high-quality investment data environment and enhancing the overall data experience for our investment professionals. Success in Investment Pricing Analyst role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to understand exceptions and a willingness to collaborate in a team setting. The importance of data is widely understood at Voya Investment Management (IM), and you will play an important part in moving Voya’s data governance mandate forward.This is a hybrid work location opportunity – 3 days in office and two remote.The Contributions You Will Make

Perform daily pricing control processes including day-to-day price variances, exchange rate variances, stale prices, halted securities, and compile daily pricing work packages.Assist with monthly pricing duties, including FAS 157 review, broker price analysis, pricing hierarchy review.Perform periodic reviews on pricing data to ensure accuracy and adherence to established policies and regulations.Interact with investment professionals and auditors both internally and externally to discuss security master and pricing data, resolve issues, and handle inquiries.Bring a fresh perspective on existing issues, processes, and controls to develop and recommend new/improved controls and procedural enhancements.Promote a positive attitude and working environment among fellow employees and develop efficient working relationships.Minimum Knowledge and Experience

As the Pricing Analyst, you are expected to be customer focused and offer unique solutions that deliver on client expectations. In addition, you will need to be thoughtful in analyzing data and problem-solving exceptions to formulate effective solutions. In this role, you are exposed to new ways of thinking, acquire new skills, and offer thoughtful solutions for process improvements.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of investment industry experience with a good understanding of investment data and fixed income and equity assets, classes, and sectors.Basic understanding of various investment instruments (Fixed Income Securities, Derivatives, Equities and Senior Loans).Familiarity with investment platforms and systems (e.g., BlackRock Aladdin, State Street PAM, Bloomberg).Knowledge of basic Microsoft platforms required (e.g., MS Office, Windows 10, etc.).Ability to work in a demanding environment with varying workloads and strict deadlines (e.g., month, quarter, and year-end).Ability to independently and creatively resolve problems utilizing appropriate resources.Maintain strong working relationships with peers, supervisors, project leaders, and internal/external clients.Excellent team interaction and interpersonal skills (verbal and writing skills).Demonstrate elevated levels of ethics, values, and integrity.Adapt communications and style to meet colleagues’ needs and express information in a clear, direct way.Demonstrate high energy, resiliency, capacity, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and execute.Strong accountability and focus on execution.Preferred Knowledge and Experience

Desire to pursue the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred.Compensation Pay Disclosure:

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.$84,000 - $105,000 USDWhat We Offer
