The Cybersecurity Engineering team, the Arsenal Squad, is focused on automating, migrating, and enhancing machine-to-machine secrets management for the enterprise. This position reports within the Arsenal squad, focused on being a subject matter expert (SME) for IAM/Secrets Management. As a SME, this position is analyzing complex issues to centralize, automate and manage secrets while exploring advancements and new functionalities.RESPONSIBILITIES:Be an active member of an Agile/Kanban squad focused on implementing best business practices in the form of iterative configuration dedicated to improving the security posture and resiliency within DTCC.Lead a team of engineers within the Arsenal squad.Work closely with the squad members, business members, and product owner to identify opportunities to advance capability and automation of secret engines, tools, and applications.Work closely with vendors to ensure continued success and system stability.Proactively participate in activities such as disaster recovery exercises and audits.Willing to learn & support multiple technologies in Cybersecurity Engineering as part of ARSENAL Squad with a primary focus on Secrets Management and IAM technologies.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree required with Masters, or equivalent experience preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of related experience.Demonstrate an abundance of knowledge and experience with the IAM/PAM framework and any Secrets Management tool.Well versed and effective communicator with the proven ability to lead a dynamic team.Experience in a programming language like Java and/or Python.Expertise in one or more Secrets Management (Vault) tools such as HashiCorp or CyberArk.Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration systems.Expert knowledge of Identity and Access Management or Privileged Access Management framework.Familiar with industry standards, guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements related to information security and the financial industry.Be a proficient problem-solver with an ability to resolve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism, and integrity.One or more of the following certifications: Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), CISSP or CISA is preferred but not required.
