Senior Litigation and Claims Management AttorneyWilson Elser is seeking a Senior Litigation and Claims Management Attorney to help represent a large international logistics and transportation client in all aspects of litigation, and certain general counseling issues. While the candidate would ideally be based out of Wilson Elser's Chicago office, candidates with relevant experience who reside in other cities where Wilson Elser has offices (or remote work) will also be considered.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced lawyers with litigation and/or claims management experience who are looking to continue to grow in their careers and be a part of a national client services team.The Firm

Qualifications
JD from an ABA accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in the State of Illinois (other states admissions will also be considered)10+ years of general casualty, commercial, or other litigation experienceTransportation and logistics, trucking, and related regulatory experience preferred, but not requiredExperience managing a local, regional and/or national liability claims program preferred, but not requiredClient counseling experience preferredeDiscovery experience preferredSuperior analytical skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsLegal project management experience preferredSophisticated technical skills necessaryResponsibilities
Independently supervise and manage a national portfolio of litigation matters, working on cases from beginning to endManagement of national claims programWork closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projectsCommunicate with clients and provide status reportsWhy Should You Apply?
