In PGIM Fixed Income, our Technology Solutions Group (TSG) is a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with exciting changes on the horizon under new senior leadership. We are looking for strong software engineers to build our future portfolio management platform. Our ideal candidate will have a background in building complex services for portfolio management systems in Java or Python leveraging AWS cloud components.What You Can Expect

Design, build and maintain data services that are critical to our applications.Design and implement investment decision and strategy supporting services across all fixed income domains.Maintain and enhance existing portfolio management applications in Java, Python, and React.What You Will Bring

10+ years of experience in developing portfolio management systems with Python, Java, and SQL.Strong fixed income knowledge and experience in portfolio and trading model construction.In-depth knowledge with datasets from Bloomberg, MSCI, ICE, JPM, S&P, Moody’s Reuters etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast moving and dynamic environments.Proactive and ownership mentality.Extensive knowledge and experience with SDLC tools such as Git, Jira, Docker, Jenkins etc.What will set you apart?

AWS Cloud experience.Investment universe customization and back testing.Direct experience supporting front office end-users (PM, Quant).Experience with building microservices using Spring boot framework.Experience in building web applications using React.What We Offer You

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $155,000 to $185,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
