We are seeking professionals to join our O2EPCM family and team in the planning, execution, and successful completion of various types of projects.Employee Benefits:100% base coverage for Health, Vision, and Dental insurance401(K)Paid HolidaysPaid SickPaid VacationEmployee Assistance Programs (EAP)Position Description:Lead IT project team members and initiatives in accordance with District and program policies and procedures.Review and develop IT related contract documents and ensure deliverables are complete and accurate.Plan, organize, coordinate, and report performance of IT projects to include cost and schedule.Follow and successfully execute program Quality Management System.Report and collaborate with Program Management Office on all IT project matters.Identify risk and create risk mitigation plans to successfully manage and mitigate risks.Document and reports all project data accurately and in a timely manner.Create and present project and college data clearly to multiple stakeholder groups.Successfully manage and execute 5 to 10 projects simultaneously.Successfully deliver IT projects on schedule and within budget.Develop scope and specifications to support IT projects.Coordinate budget and schedule information with the Relocation Project Manager regarding FF&E, Asset Disposition/Surplus, and Relocation.Successfully closeout projects to include DSA closeout and PMO/District closeout on data centers.Track all project status and provide management reports relative to overall program relative to construction project delivery schedules.Track status and provide management reports relative to scheduling, cost control, staffing and other related contract requirements.Develop and enhance policies, procedures, and SOPs in regard to the BuildLACCD program.Perform other related duties as assigned.Minimum Required Qualifications:12 or more years of experience in Management of multiple IT projects; experience within a capital improvement program and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.BA or BS in Computer Science or a closely related degree. Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.Preferred Qualifications:Experience managing multiple IT projects with differing complexities and size.Experience in the integration of audiovisual, electronic physical security and/or high speed data networks.Broad base of experience with network infrastructure, instructional systems, and security (physical and cyber).Detailed involvement of all parts of the project life cycle, to include planning, design, and closeout in regard to IT projects.Experience in educational facility construction.A valid Certificate of Registration as an RCDD, CTS, CCIE or similar.A valid Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.
