We build small, inclusive teams to bring the best of consumer technology to the problems of government.Primary ResponsibilitiesExhibits influential skills to drive delivery of identified requirements and implement process improvementsThorough understanding of requirements and dependencies and develops documentation associated with project/program requirements, scope, process and operationsExhibits a comprehensive understanding of the business, processes, and stakeholder requirementsResponsible for completing tactical assignments; but begins to support strategic initiativesDevelopment of communication and technical skills to improve their respective knowledge and mentor junior analystsExperienced analytical thinker with the ability to provide recommendations to achieve delivery objectivesLeads requirements analysis activities and communicates impacts to delivery based on the product roadmapParticipates or leads team working sessions; provides recommendations for process and workflow improvementsMay participate in technical interviews with new candidates and develop/grade homework (if applicable)Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experienceProgressive experience with tools and standards, as well as requirements compilation and management, and backlog managementIn-depth understanding of software architecture, APIsExperience with CI/CD documentationExperience with Mural, Google Suite, and GithubPreferred QualificationsPrior VA experienceAbility to obtain/maintain any of the following certifications: CAP, ECBA, CBAP, PBA, or other related certificationsBenefitsCompany-subsidized Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceUse What You Need Vacation Policy401K with employer matchPaid parental leave after one year of serviceAd Hoc LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and responsibility. The range of starting pay for this role is $105,000-$120,000.
