We are looking for an individual who has the right attitude and a sense of urgency to lead our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for sales growth and profitability.Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong ongoing presence in the industry.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitors’ activities.Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the executive team.Qualifications:

Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense.Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and team members.Experience in equipment sales considered an asset.Experience in the cannabis industry considered an asset.
