As a Sr. Contracts Negotiator, you will be responsible for the hands-on management and support of supplier contracts, negotiations, and future contract planning for the SNC contracts team. You will be responsible for negotiating, administering, extending, and terminating standard and nonstandard contracts. The candidate will be an authorized representative and the interface with customer buying representatives/suppliers and, as such, will be responsible for building effective relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and objectives. This includes the coordination of solutions to contractual issues and customer concerns related to Company performance across various business groups. You will ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions.Other Responsibilities Will Include

While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
