In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for field operations, channel operations, and operational reporting on a global scale. As a key member of the GTM Team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational excellence. You and your team will be responsible for several key areas critical to the organization's success including annual planning, compensation, forecasting, and continuous drive for operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesDrive consistency and best practices in revenue operations processes across global teams with an emphasis on global standards and regional nuance.Define and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of revenue operations initiatives and sales strategies.Establish accountability measures to drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.Collaborate with regional leaders to align revenue operations strategies with overall corporate objectives.Lead the field operations team to ensure seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success.Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement that enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of field operations globally.Assure accurate and predictable sales & renewals forecast through driving adoption of forecasting tools and dashboards within the sales organization and appropriately integrated with other planning processes within the company.Assist in all aspects of annual revenue planning, including updates to quotas and comp plans, headcount and sales plan, ensuring that comp plans are aligned with compensation philosophy and organizational goals.Develop and execute channel strategies to maximize partner relationships and drive revenue through indirect sales channels, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize incentives and enablement.In partnership with Business Intelligence, establish and manage comprehensive operational reporting systems to provide actionable insights for decision-making.Work closely with data analytics teams to refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accurate and timely reporting.About YouProven experience in revenue operations, preferably within the SaaS industry.Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing global teams.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute channel strategies that drive revenue growth.Expertise in operational reporting, analytics, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strategic mindset.BenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision & Pet InsuranceIncome Protection and Replacement - 100% Company PaidEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible PTO401K with company matchEptura InformationFollow us on Twitter | LinkedIn | Facebook | YouTubeEptura is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
