As a strategic partner to Sales and Renewals leadership, you will drive the execution of sales strategies, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, a commitment to excellence in sales process, and the ability to optimize internal tools and processes for increased efficiency. If you are a strategic thinker, passionate about driving sales efficiency, and experienced in shaping successful field operations, we invite you to lead our transformative journey as the Director of Field Operations at Eptura.ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic partner, collaborating with Sales and Renewals leadership to execute GTM strategies.Provide business insights and recommended actions based on data to drive sales effectiveness.Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, delivering timely and actionable insights to sales and renewals leaders.Become the subject matter expert on our quoting tool and assist sales reps with complex quotes.Own territory management in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and cross-functional alignment.Partner with Enablement to support the onboarding/offboarding process for sales and renewals teams.Lead training on Salesforce, quoting, and more, serving as the main point of contact for sellers and renewals specialists.Advocate for field requirements regarding Business Applications and IT enhancements, proposing solutions to optimize systems.Collaborate with Commercial Operations team members to document processes and drive continuous improvement.Implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop regional marketing and lead generation strategies.Ensure field sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.Maintain accurate records of regional sales activities and transactions.About You8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales, or business analytics, with a focus on SaaS environments.Strong understanding and passion for sales processes and supporting sales teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and data analytics tools.Willingness to travel as required for team support and client meetings.BenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision & Pet InsuranceDependent, Spousal and Domestic Partner coverage availableUp to $1000 Company HSA ContributionMedical, Dependent Care and Limited FSA AccountsIncome Protection and Replacement - 100% Company PaidShort Term DisabilityLong Term DisabilityLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible PTO401K with company matchEptura InformationEptura is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
